Being Satisfied

It is a necessity

Hi everyone. I know it has been a while but I’ve been working on a number of projects, talking with a few influencers, promoters, and peers to better organize and reach my goal as a business woman. I will never lose my passion for sustainable living which includes, gardening, diy projects, and all things natural. Currently, I’m in the process of upgrading the podcast and renaming it as well as upgrading and re-branding my online store. Due to the current and ever changing times that we are living in, it has become first priority along with my family. I am sure that some of you can relate lol.

As I look at everything that continues to evolve and development in some form or another, at all the currents events that continue to develop, at the cry of people around me and in places I may never go, the change in our society, in our country, and in our communities that trickle down to our families and households, I realize that it has come to the point where if we are blessed to have at least some of the things that we need, then we are still doing good because it can ALWAYS be worse. The more satisfied and content I find myself, the easier it has become to gain everything else that I may need. It may not come exactly when I want it to or how I want it to, but still, it comes. Patience really is a virtue.

Break through and grow

I’m looking around me and seeing some people struggling even more than ever before just to put food on the table, pay bills, get a job, stay sane and it makes me realize that I am still blessed and I thank God for it everyday that I wake up. I realize that no matter what I face from day to day, a calm state of mind and optimism will always help me get through along with prayer rather than being angry, complaining, and always looking at that which I do not have (which causes us to forget and look over the things we do have). Sometimes, a person can get tired of complaining and realizes that instead of wasting their energy doing so, it can be spent better getting up and doing something about it. We don’t have to do anything wrong either. Just have to hold on to our faith and tenacity; keep a positive mindset. Forget the haters and nay-sayers. They do what they do because of jealousy, inadequacy, low self esteem, and above all, free will choice to be that way. Misery loves company but I personally do not love misery.

It is in us to survive and live. It is given to us by God to be able to be happy no matter what is going on around us. Happiness is a state of mind and can heal our hearts, our minds, and our bodies. Why not embrace it? If we dwell in sadness, it can and will eventually drown us and those around us as well if we allow it. So, I’m satisfied but also tenacious and always seeking to do better. My new goal is to help others as much as I can in some way or another grasp happiness, embrace their God-given talents given to them to help them achieve their highest potential and survive; to live. We really can create our own happiness. Just gotta block out all of the negativity. We will see it but we don’t have to let it become a part of us.

I hope this post helps someone.

Please, be kind, stay safe, and stay alive.
